Btech through distance education??I HAVE OVER 70% IN 12TH EXAMS....(PHYSICS,CHEMISTRY,MATHS AND BIOLOGY)

I am doing B.A and want to do B.tech(Mechanical) through distance education.My friend askd me do dis education in EXCEL COLLEGE OF DISTANCE EDUCATION.Their office was in Mumbai ad When I contact them through phone they gave me their bank details and asked me to pay fee...can I trust them?
