Bullying in educational institutions ....

Bullying is on the rise as ever in educational institutions. Should it be encouraged? What are the remedial measures you see?

Normally Principals of almost all institutions are hesitant to utilize the services of Police forces and try to deal the issue from within the office that there shall be no further complaints raised. Do you think this is a right move, Mr Kamaraju?

there are anti-ragging committees in each big institution,but they are namesake.there must be sincere work.the district authorities and the police also must watch.
