But madam what's eligibility for handicapped(hearing impaired) candidate for I.A.S ? please denote other physical (about health) requirement other than age & cast reservation for I.A.S ? also i am B.tech (information technology) 3rd year student, which subject we want choose for I.A.S exam ?

I.A.S. is a government highest post so it consider all the eligibility criteria , if you are not eligible then something can't be happen . there is no reservation for handicapped . now you have to think new choice of you
