But pgpm has not much value as compared to pgdm or mba.what's the surety that this degree would fetch any job further?

The placement of an institute matters the most. If a person does MBA or PGDM but this that person does not have a proper placement from college what is the use of her degree or diploma ? This is my opinion, rest is upto you . Do whatever you feel is right. I am just giving a suggestion.
