By doing a Bachelor of architecture in Manipal Dubai, can I do Masters in European County (Sweden, Netherlands)?

Yes, you can but in some of the countries that don;t have good bonds with UAE, doing Masters from there would be somewhat difficult for you.

Please specify the college you wish to get in, as every college has different criteria for admission.
