By doing my Bachelors, Masters and Ph.D from Netherlands, am I eligible to take UGC NET exam?

Hello Ram, Yes, a student having obtained degree or PG or doctorate from abroad is definitely eligible. Normally there are intergovernmental agreements that accept equivalents between two courses if different universities. Best wishes.
