By mistake, I've given NLU, Tamil Nadu instead of GNLU as my fifth preference. What should I do to make it into GNLU?

As you are AIR 450, it would have been pretty obvious that you would easily score GNLU, but now that you have in a way locked TNNLS the only option left for you is to wait for the vacancies. You will have to keep checking for the website of the NLU you aim to take admission in or maybe contact the administration directly. But, I highly doubt that there will be much scope when you apply for the vacancies as, you must not be the only one who has done such blunder and the people with better AIR will be given preference over you. Hi there, well as the CLAT committee clears it beforehand that preferences made once can't be changed at any later stage at all.
Even if you have 450 rank you will be allocated your preference only.
Alternatively, you may write to CLAT committee about this but I don't think that would be of some help.
But yes do try.
