Asked about National Institute of Fashion Technology, Mumbai - B.Des. in Fashion Design

I have completed bachelor degree in laboratory technology.i would like to take bachelor degree in designing at NIFT.As per the criteria it's said tha the candidate must not be above 23yrs by October 1st.. and my DOB is 8th October 1996 i.e. I will turn 23 by October 8th.So am I eligible to register
