By scoring 95 percentile. Will I be able to study at Calicut-NIT for EEE course?

Yes, it is good score to get admission there. You just have to have more than 75 % in your class 12th. -
95 percentile is good enough to get in NIT Calicut for EEE course, but the final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants. Hence, based on current percentile, we cannot predict whether you will qualify or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration
