By scoring good marks in 12th from CBSE boards, can I get admission in IIT-Bombay for B.Tech in aerospace engineering?

Hello Taniya, For getting admission in B.Tech Aerospace Engineering in IIT Bombay, one has to qualify in JEE Advanced. All admissions to the Undergraduate Programs at the IITB for all Indian and Foreign nationals are made through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) and departments are allocated based on personal preference and the JEE rank. So, to get admission in Aerospace Engineering at IITB or other IITs you to score decent marks and secure a very good rank in JEE Advanced. For NITs, IIITs and CFTIs you have to score decently in JEE Mains. Eligibility criteria for IITs is as below The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with an aggregate of at least 75% marks. For SC/ ST and PwD candidates, there is a relaxation of 10% as they need the aggregate of minimum 65% marks. JEE Main is applicable for admission to NITs, IIITs and CFTIs participating though Central Seat Allocation Board subject to the condition that the candidate should have secured at least 75% marks in the 12th class examination, or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class examination conducted by the respective Boards. For SC/ST candidates the qualifying marks would be 65% in the 12th class examination. So you have to appear for JEE Mains qualify that and appear for JEE Advanced and qualify that.
