By taking CBSE Patrachar Will I able to take CET / JEE Main, Advanced, SAT, BITS SAT???

I am in class XI now but want to go Class XII without losing a precious year. Please let me know, whether (a) 12th Patrachar is CBSE recognized (b) will the syllabus for 12th will it be common for Patrachar and CBSE; and (c) Will I able to take CET / JEE Main, Advanced, SAT, BITS SAT?
