Hey Devasish,
The application forms for B.com will be available from the 2nd week of May for Delhi and Mumbai colleges including Delhi University.
Below mentioned are some of the best colleges to pursue B.Com from Delhi University:
1. Hansraj College.
2. Hindu College.
3. Ramjas College.
4. Delhi College of Arts and Commerce.
5. Shri Venkateshwara College.
The registrations for the entrance exam of Narsee Monjee - Mumbai are open now.
