Hi, both the equally and rewarding and challenging. It purely depends on how you take it and accepts as a challenge. However getting into a Chartered Accountancy from an engineering background is little bit tough.

The two fields are not directly related but becomes important for an entrepreneur, especially when it comes to assessment of financial feasibility of a project. Rewards, of course depends on your expectations and mind sets - the way in which you evaluate your rewards, success and satisfaction.
