Please reply can a guy with ba from c.i.b mode sit in ias exam?

Hi Ankur,
The basic eligibility to sit in the UPSC exam is Bachelor's degree. If you have a pass undergraduate degree in any mode of education you are very much eligibile to appear in the exam.
