All of the above courses are differ from each other.and having it's own and separate value in the market. Market perspective come after students's objective, their basic skills, their mind to see their future.
i would like to add that now a days every field is growing but from my point of view CA & CS are equal.

My seniors often tells me that the combination is better than just CA. It is a field that never goes out of fashion and is always in huge demand. But if you want to work in industries then you stick to one specific group.

When I read the question the instant answer came in my mind CA. No doubt that CA is far more advanced and acceptable in any industry. Cwa and cs has comparatively less opportunity.

On the abstract note, no course is difficult. Following description may help you:
CA - suitable to those who can stick to a seat, ability to sit for long hours, strong in self-study, don't much socialize, strong in both theoretical and numerical subjects, capacity to cope up with stress.
CWA - suitable to those who are strong in numerical subjects, ability to do self-study, ready to move out of hometown.
CS - suitable to those who love theoretical subjects, strong in cramming laws, ready to move out of hometown.

There is no such thing called the best course universally applicable to all. A lot depends on the outlook, aptitude and the candidate's objective in doing the course.
