    Thanks @aru.chopra for valuable comments.My point is candidates English speaking skill and behavior(attitude)is also tested in Campus placements.

    When a company goes to a college with the objective of campus recruitment, then it generally goes with a mindset that atleast couple of students if not more shall be selected as trainees or on probation. Therefore at some (later) stage of their interviewing process they compare the students (who appeared for interview) within themselves to judge in an attempt to find the more suitable ones.

    The aspirant should prepare well before attending the selection process of the employing firm. They can go through the previous question papers of the recruiter to get an idea regarding structure and pattern of questions. They can prepare on the topics with the help of reference books or through internet. Books on aptitude and reasoning will help one to get trained so as to clear the written test. Books such as R.S Agarwal's quantitative aptitude, Sakundala Devi's puzzles etc will help one to do well in the test.
