Can 92 percentile put me to NIT Trichy if I have has quota and belongs to OBC.

For admissions into NITs, IIITs and CFTIs admissions, applicants must have obtained a 75% aggregate or be amongst the top 20 percentile of their respective boards. At least 65% of marks are required for SC/ST category candidates.

The last year the highest closing ranks at NIT Trichy was 64464 in MME in asked category under HS quota. While yours expected JEE Main rank is about 84865. So chances of getting NIT Trichy are moderate.
