Can a 2 nd year BE student do some other degree in any open university? If so means which degree suits him?
My Junior was pursuing BE(civil and structural) 2nd year. And he asking me whether he can able to do some other degree in any open university? If can what degree he can choose for his betterment of future? And in which university?

You can do any degree course simultaneously but the essential thing is that both degrees should NOT complete in the same academic year.
