It is stated that applicant who wishes to join the Nigerian Defence Academy should be 17years old and not more than 21years old in the month of entry September. As per my information, a 23-year-old person cannot join NDA as the age group required for NDA Entrance is between 18-21. So, I think you are ineligible for this.
