Can a 3 times failed student in compartment exam (2020, 21, 22) apply for private candidate exam in 2023 for 12th Science stream?

Failed in one subject. After applying, Do this student need to give the practical exams or the previous year marks will be rewarded?

Yes ofcourse you can apply as a private candidate for class 12 exam in Science stream, no issues of campartment, you can go for it.
