Can a 3-year law student, after failing in first year in all the subjects, get into some other law college of other state?

My friend had joined a law college in Karnataka but due to some personal problems he could not write his exams well, he fears that he may fail and that has demotivated him a lot. He wishes to study law but fears about the way the college will look at him.

Hi Hisham, Ask your friend to study for top law exams and appear in the entrance exams. There are many reference books too for the same. If he wishes to study law he has to put efforts and dedication in it. https://www.shiksha.com/law/articles/top-law-entrance-exams-2017-blogId-11410 All the Best.
