Many BCom LLB graduates decide to work as attorneys or advocates. They are qualified to practice law in a variety of fields, including corporate, criminal, labor, tax, and civil law. They might join law firms or work on their own. Therefore, candidates aspiring to enter into the field of litigation must ensure that they have completed BCom LLB from recognised university.
They must subsequently clear AIBE within 2 years of getting themselves registered with the Bar Council. They must also intern or practise under senior advocates to learn the nuances of Advocacy.
