Can a B.Com student directly apply for PG in fashion designing even with a poor percentage?

Hi, for PG in fashion designing you need BA. In same or any equivalent qualification, and you need minimum of 50% for it and SC/ST candidates are given the relaxation of 5% in the percentage. I hope the information will help you, feel free to ask your more queries.
