Yes, a B.Sc biotech student can pursue MBA (Finance). The eligibility criteria for the PGDM course in finance is a bachelor's degree with an aggregate of 50% and above and any management entrance exam.

Yes you can pursue MBA ( finance). All that you need to have is to be good in accounts/numbers. To seek admission in MBA you will have to appear for CAT and get a good rank to get into a good college
