Yes, it's the easiest and very suitable option.
However it is recommended to expand your portfolio by doing bachelor's and master's from different but slightly correlated subjects.

Yes, if a person holds degree in B.Sc Nutrition and Food Science from a reputed university is eligible for M.Sc in food and technology.
