Can a B.Tech CSE student gives BSTET exam without B.Ed?
I'm a student of B.Tech CSE. from Punjab technical University. And I want to be teacher in Bihar. But I don't have B.Ed degree. Can I be eligible for Paper II?

Yes. A B.Tech CSE student can give BSTET exam (without B.Ed)
