Can a B.Tech electrical student apply for M.Tech in computer science? What is the procedure?

Hi Ayush,
Students with B.Tech/BE degree (IT/CSE/EEE/ECE/ Instrumentation & Control) with a minimum aggregate score of 60% are eligible to apply for M.Tech Computer Science.

My overall score in B.Tech is 86%. Can I get admission abroad for M.Tech?
