Yes. You can. But after B.Tech Electronics communication, this may not be a very wise choice. You should get job in Industry. If teaching is your passion then try Engineering Colleges / Institutes / Polytechnics. This will justify your previous 4-years studies and knowledge and interest.

Graduates in any stream can apply to teaching jobs but you need to be a b.ed. as well.
