Hi,
To become a second grade Maths teacher, you need to pass B.Ed from a recognized university. You need to appear in written test and personal interview.

Yes. You can. But after B.Tech Electronics communication, this may not be a very wise choice. You should get job in Industry. If teaching is your passion then try Engineering Colleges / Institutes / Polytechnics. This will justify your previous 4-years studies and knowledge and interest.
