Can a B.Tech graduate pursue full-time MA in history from colleges in Andhra Pradesh or anywhere in India?

Hi,
I don't think that you can go for a full-time course now, but if you want to do it through distance then you can do it from IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University). It's one of the best universities for distance learning.
