Can a B.Tech (honors) graduate give GATE, UPSC (IAS), CAT and IES exam?

Hello Ujjwal, Why not? These are the field in which B.Tech graduates are going after their B.Tech. GATE and IES exams are specially meant for B.Tech students and CAT exam is for those who want to go with MBA after B.Tech. So, don't worry you can take these exams.
