Can a B.Tech (Mechanical) and M.Tech (Construction Technology & Management) guy do PhD in Management or Mechanical Engineering fields??

in management , you not get PhD degree but in Mech Eng you have to ask about it perhaps you can do

yes!! there r PhDS in management but what he meant was you can do it with MTech, u need MBA for that....
