No, a B.Tech student cannot apply for OTET exam. OTET stands for Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test and it is conducted to determine the eligibility of candidates for the post of teachers in primary (Classes I-V) and upper primary (Classes VI-VIII) schools in the state of Odisha. To be eligible for OTET, a candidate must have a minimum educational qualification of Higher Secondary or its equivalent along with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El.
