Can a BA (English) graduate get good salary options after doing MBA in human resource management?

I prefer MBA, as it brings an assured placement. MA will get a job, but the salary position may not be good, immediately.

I dont have any interest on teaching or any field I just want to complete MBA in human resource management and my question is will I get a good salary paying job!??
