Yes, you can pursue MBA in pharmaceutical management, there is no such constraint that you can't switch your field. If you have interest in that field go for it.

Tier II College may accept you, as they want to earn. But corporate will not accept you. It is very difficult to accept a BA guy for pharma like chemistry business.
