Can a BBA student take 2nd grade English teacher exam?

Yes, you may be eligible, if you have completed B.Ed also. And, one important thing is that 2nd grade exam is divided into two parts.
1. Science stream
2. Arts stream only
And, there is an option to choose any two languages.

No, you can't. B.Ed and english as a optional subject in your graduation is must.
