Can a BCA candidate earn more than a B.Tech candidate if he/she acquires more skills in computer science?

Dear chirag That will depend on overall experience but initially companies didn't offer much to bca student . Higher education like MCA with MBA will the good combination to achieve your goal in terms of salary and profile too. All the best
