    Dear,
    Yes, students from BE or B.Tech programme can apply for M.Tech programme but you need to check the eligibility and admission process of the particular university in which you wan to apply.

    BE CSE and B.Tech CSE are similar degrees therefore BE CSE grads are eligible to seek admission in M.Tech CSE subject to meeting other criterion of admission.
