Can a below average student get admission in foreign universities for pursing Masters in engineering?

I have an average score of 70% in 10th and 12th but my CGPA in graduation is 6.07 (or 55%). I am working as of now from past 1 year. I wish to go to Finland or Poland for Masters. Will my work experience help me in getting admission?

Hello Saurabh, Always remember 'Where there is will, there is a way'. Normally speaking, what you said is correct but it's not absolute. Hence I would advise you to go to the specialist agency dealing in sending students abroad. They will tell you different nuances and guide properly.
