Sorry to say, but you can't get admission in DTU for biotechnology unless you crack JEE mains exam with a good rank.

If JEE mains is cleared with good rank but main subject is PCB at 10+2 level. Can I get BTECH course in DTU OR NSUT

Yes, sure you have to fulfill the eligibility criteria to get the seat in the DU. Also you need to score 60% minimum percentage in 12th.
