Yes, even if you are a Bipc student, you can join a B.Tech course in CSE (Computer Science and Engineering). The latest Update from AICTE: All BIPC/Biology students are eligible for admission to Engineering programs such as Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, ECE, EEE, and others.
