Can a BSc Join any Payroll or Taxation course as they will not have any knowledge about accountancy.

I have been working as a senior CSA in an International Call center and now want to change the line as have to take care of the kid and cant work in night shifts. So want to change the line itself to Payroll or Taxation as it would be 9-5 job. I'm totally confused now.can you please answer question?

    Since you have worked in International Call Center, assuming you to be master at speaking and communicating, I may suggest you to opt for Train the Trainer program that can give you a new insight in your career.
    With the program, you'll understand the nuances of training like, preparation of content, presentation, body language, handouts etc to start with and after a year of experience you'll have wonderful idea about what you really want to do.
