    Though it is not impossible, earning INR 1 Lacs per month, right after completing your BSc Nursing, is a bit difficult. As students with a BSc degree are usually still not experienced enough for Managerial roles, which are high-paying. The starting salary for a BSc Nursing graduate is generally between INR 3 - 4 LPA in India. However, you can get a similar salary package in other countries like the USA or the UK.
