Can a candidate appear for the SSC CHSL exam, he will turn 18 in March 2017?

Hi, You are not eligible for the exam. As per eligibility criteria, the candidate must be aged between 18 to 27 years as on 1 August 2016.

If someone clears +2 until August and his age is below 18, then?
