No, a candidate cannot change the exam centre after downloading his or her admit card. Contact the authorities for guidance if needed. That is, after the application process has been completed and the admit card is generated, the authorities will not entertain requests to change the CUSAT CAT exam center. Exam centres will be allotted as per the preferences submitted by the candidates in the CUSAT CAT application form.
