Can a candidate get the registration fee back if his or her NIELIT application is rejected?

The NIELIT registration fee is non-refundable. The one-time, non-refundable registration fee is neither refundable nor adjustable against any other payments or purposes. The registration process is mentioned in the guidelines mentioned on the Online Student Portal.
