can a certificate or diploma course in guidance & career counselling be a good move after MBA(hr, marketing)?

I did MBA and in HR i studied a lot about 'counselling and coaching.' now i am very much interested in counselling and want to do private practice in this field. as well as my personal attributes are concerened, I found myself quite suitable in this type of job.
