Can a child take iit coaching n sat coaching simultaniously

My child is in class ten .so we want to know comming year can the child prepare herself for sat n iit enterence also.will it confuse the child accademix preparation also

You can join coaching for IIT after 10th class if you do ir before 10th class then there is no meaning of this coaching because syllabus of this est is base on 11th or 12th class , in this you can get max syllabus in 11th calls
