Yes ofcourse you can cope up we have a lot of students from b.tech background.Their is no particular book which i can suggest.the paper is entirely on cat pattern but the level is much easier.clear concepts and practice is a sure shot way to crack the entrance.All the best!

All engineers can easily cope with MBA. You may have to put extra effort in Business Economics and Financial Accounting subjects but it should not be difficult.
