Can a color blind person get into animation industry?

I'm a color blind but I do sketching and drawing. I like doing so but I'm a color blind.

    No. There are certain situations in which correct interpretation of color can be critical; the primary example is traffic lights. Cooking can be a frustrating experience for a color blind individual.There won't be any effect on the creativity. Color blindness can make some jobs difficult, and others impossible. Working with animation, fashion & art can be extremely difficult as one will be unable to differentiate between some of the colors you'll be required to work with as an everyday part of your job.
