Hi, yes you can apply on the basis of your 10th class . as the eligibility of polytech diploma in engineering is 10th or lateral entry for ITI or 12th with PCM holder , so if anyone have done 12 with commerce can do diploma on the basis of his 10th class then your diploma will be of 3 years. all t
