I am in 12th Commerce. I am interested in Computer engineering. I am good in HTML and CSS.

Generally, to be eligible for diploma course in engineering, you need to pass 10+2 in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) from recognized board.

Hi,
yes you can apply on the basis of your 10th class .
as the eligibility of polytech diploma in engineering is 10th or lateral entry for ITI or 12th with PCM holder , so if anyone have done 12 with commerce can do diploma on the basis of his 10th class then your diploma will be of 3 years.
